Armour Gates Incorporated will warranty Armour Gates manufactured components for one year from the date of the purchase paid invoice. Armour Gates Incorporated will provide replacement or repair, subject to a Armour’s inspection, to any of their manufactured aluminum components found to be defective either in materials or workmanship. Items must be authorized for return by an Armour Gates Representative and assigned a return authorization number. Returned products must be shipped in an approved container or banded on the original product pallet and covered with a protective covering. Freight charges are to be prepaid by the customer for both inbound return and outbound replacement deliveries. Normal wear, damage caused by neglect, abuse or improper operation are all items not covered by the warranty. This warranty does not extend beyond what is stated herein and no other warranties, liabilities, or any other guarantees apply either written or expressed.

ORDERING INFORMATION:

By Mail – You can purchase stall components by mail, simply call and one of our sales associates will forward you a customized proposal. Proposal can be sent to you via electronic mail, facsimile or standard U.S. mail. The order is placed upon receipt of signed proposal and deposit payment.

By Phone – For expedited service call toll free, 800-876-7706. Our staff will forward a Credit Card Authorization Form via facsimile or electronic mail and upon return to our offices your order will be placed.

Online – Shop online using our shopping`cart and we will contact you with a shipping quote separate from your online order once it has been received. Your order will not be placed until fax or email confirmation of shipping price is authorized by the purchaser.

Payment Terms:

By Mail – Personal or business check payments can be sent in two installments. 60% with a signed proposal and prior to shipment, a certified check is required for the balance. Personal or business checks sent for the balance 40% will hold shipment 7 business days.

By Shipment - Personal or business check payments can be sent for 60% with a signed proposal and the balance 40% may be paid by certified check to the delivering carrier. Customer incurs cash on delivery (COD) fee.

By Cards - Visa or Master Card payments are accepted on whole orders of standard sized items totaling less than $5,000.00 with a signed credit card authorization form. No credit card numbers are taken over the phone or without signature, for security purposes.

DELIVERY INFORMATION:

Your Shipment – All orders for standard sized items are processed upon receipt of funds and shipped via motor freight to the business or residence address on the customized proposal. The shipping and handling cost is based on the total weight of the order less our company freight discount plus the wrapping of all merchandise ordered.

Change Address - A Delivery Instruction Sheet may be requested to change the shipping address while order is being processed. A $40 reconsignment fee will be assessed for shipment address changes after shipment has left Armour’s facility, plus any additional freight charges accessed by carrier.

Residential Delivery - Armour Gates pays for basic residential service. If you live down a rural, mountainous, or dirt road, residential deliveries will be left to the driver’s discretion. Please discuss delivery arrangements with the sales person upon ordering. If you forget, you may also contact the freight carrier when the tracking information is supplied to you after your shipment has left Florida. The delivering carrier will contact residences 24 hours before delivery.

Tracking - Armour will contact you with the tracking number, freight company name and phone number the business day after your shipment leaves our Florida terminal.

Additional Charges - If the residence is not accessible by conventional freight company truck, customer assumes responsibility for any additional charges required for delivery. The following are services offered for additional fees, not paid by Armour Gates:
