Barn Shutters

Armour Gates offers a variety of shutters to accomodate any barn. Two designs in the lumber (or fascia) are available: Crossbuck "x" design or Traditional 6" Tongue & Groove. The lumber fascia can also have the option of single or double panels and hinged or sliding. A single panel shutter, is simply one panel that opens to one side of the opening. This one panel design allows for easy open and close with the slide of one bolt latch. Armour's double panel shutter sets are split in the center and half of the shutter set opens back to either side of the opening and requires the slide of two latches to close. Once the lumber fascia and number of panels is chosen, then decide if the panels will be hinged or sliding. Hinged shutters are the more economical and fit into, or recess into, the stall window opening while sliding shutters overlap each window opening. Please note the sizes of our products are the actual sizes of the product and openings will need to accomodate the product's size. Each shutter arrives fully assembled and includes all the hardware.
